We provide all shipping details on the product description. Please be aware that shipping times are estimates. Sometimes, things like natural disasters, weather events, political turmoil, regulatory changes, workplace strikes and other unforeseen circumstances can considerably delay shipping times.
Where applicable, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Please note that, as per international standard, it is incumbent upon customers to pay all import and custom taxes, fees, levies, fines and costs. We will not be held liable in any way for the payment of import fees on any item. It is, as per international standard, the customer's responsibility to ascertain whether customs or import costs will apply to them and, how they will pay it.
In the event that your shipping has been delayed, we will make every reasonable attempt to notify you via the contact details you provided us upon checkout. Please allow a processing time of 1 week and a deviation in shipping times of up to 2 weeks. Once an item has been shipped, Diskreet Club is not responsible for any delays, lost items, missing items or items damaged during shipping. If an item is lost by a courier, this is not Diskreet Club's fault and we will not be held liable for its cost.
Refunds & Returns
At Diskreet Club, we feel that it is important that our customers enjoy a positive experience that they’ll love sharing. From your first inquiry through to enjoying your garment long after you've purchased it, we want you to love your Diskreet Club experience. Here, you’ll find answers to some common queries about exchanges and refunds that we recommend reading.
Please ensure you have read our shipping policy above. Diskreet Club is not responsible for the delivery of an item once it has been shipped. If you have not received your item as it has been delayed, damaged or lost by the courier, this is not Diskreet Club's fault and Diskreet Club will not be held liable for its costs.
We are required to inform you that due to the intimate nature of our products (all of our products have close skin contact), we are unable to exchange or refund items that have been taken out of their original packaging. Please bear in mind that washing, perfume and cosmetic product marks also render a garment worn and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded. This is required of us by the Consumer Law of our Governing country (Australia).
As indicate above, due to the intimate nature of our products, items of undergarment style are not eligible for a refund for hygienic reasons. You really wouldn't want to purchase a used item from us either. Any item purchased is also not eligible for a refund of shipping costs, whether paid or unpaid (free shipping).
Whilst we rigorously quality test every product we sell, we understand that sometimes; things go wrong. Occasionally, products may not arrive, arrive damaged, or in the wrong size/style. Please be aware that our business model connects local and international designers, manufacturers and vendors to our store. This means that when you buy from our site, the order is sent directly to the corresponding manufacturer; who is responsible for delivery and quality. Therefore, if a product is damaged on arrival, or not what you've ordered, returns and refunds will have to be coordinated with the corresponding provider of the original product. We will help you do this. In certain circumstances, if a return with the original supplier is not possible, we may arrange to receive the item in lieu of the original provider. In these cases, we charge a $14.99 postage, handling and re-stocking fee. Please bear in that for purchases under $14.99, refunds will not be viable in the case that they do not arrive, arrive damaged, or arrive other than described upon ordering.
In the case that the original supplier is not cooperative, we will typically provide you with either (a) a replacement of the item originally ordered, or (b) store credit to the value that you are owed. This means that, for example, should you purchase an item for $100 and need it returned through us, if we cannot arrange a replacement item, we will issue you with $85.01 in store credit.
In certain circumstances where you are not satisfied with an item, or feel it may be not typical of the standard of quality expected, we may offer to re-send the item.
We provide as much sizing information as we can, in the description of each product. We also have a sizing chart available, here. In the case that you order the wrong size, we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds. In the case that you change your mind or are unhappy with the style, look, feel, stitching, fabric, materiel, substance or any other physical attribute of the item which is based on preference, we will not refund the item.
All refunds, regardless of matter, must be sought within 4 days of receiving the product - otherwise it will automatically be declined, regardless of reason. We consider the date of which you've received your product as the delivery date indicated by tracked delivery, or the expected delivery date set by the courier.
